CHS Youth Program
wants YOU..... or your friend!
Deaf Role Models WANTED!

The CHS Youth Program works with approximately 15 mainstreamed
schools in Chicago and surrounding areas. There are about 1,000 deaf and hard of
hearing students, ages 7 to 21 years old.
YOU as a deaf or hard of hearing adult can be a role model to the deaf & hard of
hearing children. You can talk about career, education, life, talents, stories,
hobbies, ethnicity, and much more.
YOU will be creating a WONDERFUL & PRECIOUS opportunity for the deaf & hard of
hearing children to learn-
just by telling your story!

Plant a seed for a deaf child's dream!
Imagine the impact you will have on them!
Keep the Deaf tradition alive!
If someone you know is in town on vacation/business trip and have one hour time to
spare (or more) then PLEASE contact me to arrange a presentation.
YOU will HAVE FUN!!
I,
June Prusak- the Youth Program Coordinator, will be with you during your
presentation. If you are interested and/or have any questions, please feel free
to contact me.
