Products can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
Warranties
All products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. All products
are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty (unless otherwise noted). Warranty periods
vary by manufacturer. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made.
Please note that abuse, misuse or neglect, or unauthorized repair or tampering of product, cancels all warranties.
No liability is assumed for any consequential damages resulting from the use of products distributed by Chicago Hearing Society.
Returns/Exchanges
Please obtain a return authorization number by phone, TTY, or fax prior to
sending a product back to Chicago Hearing Society. Items will not be accepted without a
return authorization number.
Products must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and shipped at the customer’s expense. Please include all original product packaging, instructions/manuals, and accessories, etc. Returned product must be in resellable, new condition. Products returned missing parts, instructions, or packaging or are damaged as a result of abuse are subject to a minimum 15% refurbishing fee. Please send returned items to:
