Job Title:  Direct Support Staff
Job Description:  Family Support Staff Needed for a bright, outgoing and active young woman who is deaf/blind and has physical disability. Assistance is needed with employment, daily living skills, communication, recreation, travel and more. Near north suburb of Chicago. You must have a basic knowledge of ASL or Signed English, be at least 21 years of age, have a HS diploma, have a reliable car with a driver’s license and proof of insurance. Competitive pay of $11-13/hour.

Where: 2001 N. Clybourn Avenue, Chicago — Addiction Recovery of the Deaf (ARD) Program.
Description: Anixter Center, a nationally recognized social service organization, has several career opportunities for a Substance Abuse Treatment Counselor for Deaf in the ARD outpatient program.

 Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
